Sweet Potato Hummus
First way for Tahini lovers.
1 1/2 cup cooked garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
2 cups cooked and peeled sweet potato
1T minced Garlic
2T lemon juice
1/2 cup tahini
1 tsp cumin
1/3 cup dried parsley
Puree all ingredients and refrigerate for up to 5 days or freeze.
