Kale is a very healthy food. Adding it to a smoothie is an easy way to get it into the diet. Because we do not have a high powered blender we dehydrate it first to help it blend in. The avocado help make the smoothie creamy.
Ingredients:
1 cup dehydrated kale
2 cups orange juice
1 cup blueberries
1/2 avocado
To Make:
Blend together and serve cold.
Makes 2 large glasses.
